DB25L Moon Phase Starry Sky

A creation that can be appreciated thanks to the multiple plays of light that the work of the materials and the complex architecture of the dial reveal: the dark gleam of hand-polished and blued titanium, the sparkling twinkle of the white gold and diamond stars as well as the muted glow of the curved steel hands…

“The cosmos, the heavens above… When you want to observe time in motion without any instruments, you look upwards. This is a recurrent theme in watchmaking”, explains Denis Flageollet, Master Watchmaker and founder of De Bethune.

Over the past few years, star-studded dials have become an integral part of the history of the Maison. Personalised according to a specific geographical location and a given date, the gold pins are fitted one by one on this star-studded sky, thus making each model truly unique.

A spherical moon is set at 12 o’clock, providing an exceptionally accurate moon-phase display that will diverge from astronomical reality by just one day in 122 years.

This watch enjoys all the know-how and advantages of De Bethune technology: the manufactured DB2105 calibre, whose mirror-polished finish, annular silicon/platinum balance and triple pare-chute shock-absorbing system can be appreciated through the back of the watch.

The great watchmaking tradition perpetuated in De Bethune workshops in L'Auberson is embodied in this poetic work with its avant-garde mechanism.

This timepiece is refurbished tested and complete with a new PreOwned certificate, strap and original De Bethune display box.
